Job Description At Johnson this role can be based in the UK, Switzerland or Ireland.
Reports to EMEA MT Deliver Leader Scope Manage the EMEA MT RDex (Regional Deliver Excellence) team and coordinate the successful build and application of Distribution initiate and execute optimization opportunities; develop/leverage tools to bring visibility of product flows.
Drive successful outcome of initiatives enabling cost to serve and CIPs through logistics category management in partnership with procurement, network transformation / product flow optimization, etc.
Process owner of Deliver strategy development and integration within E2E SC and necessary support functions.
Support A actively sponsor and mentor key talent within RDe X, building leadership capabilities within the team.
Experience and Functional Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced degree like MA and MBA preferred.
Min. 10 years in end-to-end supply chain related disciplines with deep expertise across core Order Fulfilment processes, advanced logistics and systems (ERP, Warehousing, Transportation) with direct operational experience.
Background in driving insights through analytics, implementing technology solutions, standards definition.
Capability in strategy development and deployment, PMO, strategic insights, capability building and E2E orchestration.
Skills to build an organization that will embrace a culture of functional excellence, continuous improvement, internal customer relationship management across multiple organizations and functions.
Demonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration and influence; E2E mindset and collaborative, influence-based leadership approach.
Proven skill to balance a focus on operations and customers.
Track record of developing and building diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission.
Ability to promote a vision and drive change to transform organizations, via strong engagement/communication.
Collaboration – able to build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus.
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity.
Highly skilled communicator with demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of information and present cogent recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as PMP, APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or relevant logistics/transportation certifications.
