DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a EMEA CommEx Lead located in Dubai UAE, Zug Switzerland, Umkirch Germany, or Leeds UK. This role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Managing other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment.
- Conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
- Defining and communicating the direction of strategic initiatives to improve sales force effectiveness.
- Implementing sales quotas, monitoring sales reports, and delivering departmental objectives that motivate and incentivize sales team members.
- Overseeing EMEA Commercial Excellence activities including Sales Force Effectiveness and Business Intelligence analytics.
