Fuelled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. The Biosurgery Sales Specialist will drive growth of the J&J MedTech Biosurgery (Adjunctive Haemostat) portfolio within key surgical private and NHS centres in the Midlands area, focusing on account planning, sales execution, and collaboration with the wider MedTech family.
Responsibilities
- Build an in-depth understanding of market dynamics within key accounts, adapting strategy to maximise sales opportunities within Biosurgery.
- Lead the territory through the development of comprehensive business plans, focusing on highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business, including taking competitor share and adoption of new technologies while maintaining key customers and core business.
- Lead and develop accounts, managing the relationship between the company and the customer, ensuring alignment of all efforts to improve impact and drive growth.
- Drive internal collaboration to maximise opportunities across the wider MedTech family while developing key customer relationships and building advocacy for the J&J MedTech Surgery portfolio.
- Effectively manage stakeholders, ensuring the right resources and support are available to execute strategies in the Biosurgery (Adjunctive Haemostat) market.

Qualifications
