We are the largest, most innovative, and comprehensive orthopaedic and neurological business in the world, offering a broad range of products, services, and programs in joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, sports medicine, neurological, craniomaxillofacial, power tools, and biomaterials.
Purpose of the role- Achieve sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
- Interact and promote products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care within your geographical region.
- Develop and manage territory through comprehensive business plans, focusing on high-value opportunities, new technology adoption, and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Manage and develop accounts, ensuring alignment of efforts to maximize growth.
- Build strong networks to identify mutually beneficial sales opportunities in the surgical environment.
- Present brand value propositions and customer solutions to influence buying decisions.
- Analyze account strategies using internal and external data to understand the business environment and account needs.
- Partner with Professional Education to develop and maintain KOL relationships and promote the company's educational offerings.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate with Marketing, Professional Education, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Capabilities, and Customer Services teams.
Who Are We Looking For?- Experience in orthopaedics.
- Knowledge of theatre environment and NHS operations.
- Relevant experience in health sciences, anatomy, arthroscopy, or related fields.
- Clinical qualifications such as ODP, RGN, Physiotherapy, or a degree in science, sports science, business, or technology.
