Johnson & J&N is recruiting for a Technical Product Owner Logistics WM. The role is to be located in the EMEA (preferred location Beerse, Belgium). This position has the potential to be located at another J&N facility. At Johnson & J&N Innovative Medicine, we are working to create a world without disease. As part of the Pharm Transcend Program, the Technical Product Owner Logistics WM will be an active member of the Pharm Supply Chain Technology team, driving design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on strong knowledge of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management technical capabilities and integration experience with 3rd Party Logistics (3PLs).
Responsibilities:
- Drive design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on strong knowledge of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management technical capabilities and integration experience with 3rd Party Logistics (3PLs).
- Lead design, validation and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data, aligned with business process needs.
- Govern the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drive template innovation and evolution through the deployments.
- Take responsibility for an end state integration automation solution design with 3PL locations across the following primary functions: Logistic Movements, Warehouse management, Inbound and Outbound Deliveries, Returns Management, Master Data, Logistics and Intercompany Flows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP IM/WM experience with 3PL integration experience a plus; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
- Strong domain expertise in multinational financial and logistics operations with end-to-end understanding across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Tax, and Master Data.
- Deep knowledge of SAP ERP Logistics modules, including Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Management.
- Solid understanding of business process integration across key supply chain and financial functions.
- Experience in the Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry with strong knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA and its application within enterprise environments (preferred).
- Proven experience working in Agile environments with a strong grasp of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, self-organized teams and drive collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound, informed decisions.
- Focus on business agility, iterative delivery, fail-fast mindset, and measurable outcomes.
