Hours: 40 hours per week
Overview: Imagine your next project supporting critical finance and real estate systems, leveraging your expertise in system support and data analysis to ensure seamless operations and timely incident resolution. This role involves providing essential support for key corporate applications, primarily CoStar and Blackline, ensuring master data integrity, user access management, and effective handling of service requests to maintain operational excellence within the GS teams.
Roles and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing user support, master data maintenance, and incident resolution for our corporate finance and real estate systems. This will involve:
- CoStar User access management in production and stage environments.
- Create and maintain custom reports used by GS teams.
- Perform monthly user access controls.
- Managing and prioritising CoStar service requests for timely incident resolution.
- Ad-hoc Data analysis in Excel.
- Update Service Now knowledge base.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Manage the Blackline operation interfaces, settings, and ongoing maintenance of the tool.
- Provide ongoing user support for all Blackline Modules deployed.
- Managing and prioritising BlackLine service requests for timely incident resolution.
How to Succeed: You will need a minimum of 3 years of systems support experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to independently troubleshoot system issues with a strong customer focus.
You Will Also Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years systems support.
- Minimum of 3 years finance support (preferred).
- Agile, proactive, team player.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot system-related issues with customer mindset.
- Experience in Blackline or Costar Real Estate Leasing Tool strongly preferred.
- Experience in SAP ERP, SAP Central Finance, S/4 Hanna preferred.
- Experience in Service Now/Service Management or other ticketing system.
This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for 6 Months.
