This role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements. While you may apply to multiple postings, you will be considered for a single submission.
As part of the Supply Chain Product Management team, this individual will be the supply chain lead on New Product Development projects and support multi-functional teams through launch execution. They will design and develop optimized supply chain strategies for complex global programs and lead teams through standardized launch management processes, ensuring strong accountability. They will demonstrate strong program management capabilities and launch management expertise to drive end-to-end value, collaborating with Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain for the delivery of large global New Product Introduction programs.
- Support and lead multi-functional teams through standardized launch management tools and processes to deliver launch execution and achieve overall business objectives for the program.
- Drive the supply chain readiness process, ensuring strong functional accountability.
- Identify gaps in existing business processes and drive improvement initiatives to address them.
- Design the end-to-end value chain for new products, ensuring alignment with key business partners and strategies.
- Communicate with partners across multiple levels of the organization.
- Travel expectations: up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor\’s degree in supply chain, engineering, quality or related discipline.
- A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or quality function.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is preferred.
- Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams is preferred.
- A degree in engineering, science, or business is preferred.
- Experience interacting with suppliers and working in a regulated environment is preferred.
