Our Immunology team leads in the development of transformational medicines for immunological disorders and illnesses. You can influence where medicine is going by restoring health to millions of people living with immune diseases.
The Product Manager for Immunology Health Information Technology is responsible for the development and execution of Health Information Technology field resources and leading the development of EHR NPP assets. This role will also be responsible for securing contracts with new 3rd party vendors as they are identified. This individual will work closely with multiple functions including GI, Derm, Rheum, and Auto-Antibody Brand Marketing, Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS), Johnson and Johnson IT, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Field Sales, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and external partners in order to effectively develop and deliver on resources and partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Articulate the opportunities, challenges, and trends of the healthcare environment and the technological components needed to deliver and support patient care.
- Deliver insights to internal key partners and business leaders on marketing best practices to help inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and partner with various agencies to design, deliver, and gain approval on rep-delivered resources, customized solutions, and non-personal promotion investments.
- Evaluate all current Health IT resources across the franchises to determine if they should be updated or retired to remain competitive within evolving market landscape.
- Lead KPI development to measure leading and lagging impact metrics on resources and solutions.
- Support Health Information Technology Product Directors with execution and innovation.
- Collaborate with Learning Excellence on training deployment for all resources.
Qualifications:
Required:
- A minimum of a B.A./B.S. required.
- Minimum 5 years business experience is required (e.g. Health Technology, Informatics, Sales, Marketing, Management, Market Research/Analytics, etc).
- Must have excellent communication and project management skills, and an ability to influence without authority.
- Proven intellectual curiosity and willingness to take prudent risks – appropriately pushing boundaries to drive transformative outcomes.
- Strategic thinking, accountability, self-starter, and results orientation are required.
- Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Technology and/or EHR background.
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
- Experience working across a matrix environment.
Other:
This position is based in Horsham, PA and may require up to 25% domestic travel.
