An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager (PM) to join our Oncology franchise, reporting to the Head of Marketing (GU Oncology), based in the Johnson and Johnson High Wycombe office. The successful candidate will lead across a range of projects in the Prostate Cancer therapy area.

The Product Manager is a critical role in a Business Unit with an industry-leading portfolio of innovative medicines and a breadth of opportunities to find career growth in a fast-moving organisation. Working in close cross-functional collaboration as part of a high-performing team, you will take ownership for the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that make a difference in improving patients’ health and quality of life and achieve profitable business growth.

Key Role Activities
  • Lead the creation and development of brand marketing strategies to maximise sales, market share and growth outcomes.
  • Deliver against therapy area and brand strategies with executional excellence.
  • Take ownership for the Prostate Cancer brand business success in the Oncology Franchise.
Experience
  • Oncology / Uro-Oncology experience is preferable.
  • Strong project management skills and experience.
  • Influencing and communication/inter-personal skills and an ability to work across functions.
  • Consistent track record to develop working collaborations at all levels (internally and externally).
  • Leadership without direct-line authority.
  • Achiever approach with focus on delivery.
  • Facilitation and presentation abilities, virtually and face to face.
Qualifications
  • Previous marketing Product Manager experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
