We are seeking experienced and driven Regulatory Project Managers to support complex and high-impact regulatory workstreams across global markets. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in program and project management, particularly within regulatory, compliance, legal, or trust & safety functions.
You will work cross-functionally to manage regulatory implementations, product readiness, and investigations while ensuring organizational compliance with evolving legislative frameworks (e.g., EU Digital Services Act, UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Fairness Act, etc.). These fully remote projects are expected to range from 6 to 12 months, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program management of large-scale regulatory implementations, including planning, execution, and monitoring aligned with frameworks like DSA, OSA, and others.
- Manage regulatory investigations, Requests for Information (RFIs), and proactive engagement with regulators.
- Conduct and oversee risk assessments related to the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Online Safety Act (OSA).
- Provide project management support for product launches, ensuring compliance readiness in collaboration with product and legal teams.
- Drive regulatory operations by designing and implementing SOPs, process maps, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate and support cross-functional regulatory projects across departments such as Trust & Safety, Legal, Product (including TikTok), E-Commerce, and Monetization.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a regulatory, legal, or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks (EU DSA, UK OSA, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced organization.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in legal, tech, social media, e-commerce, or platform businesses.
- Familiarity with trust & safety, content moderation, or digital compliance domains.
- Experience supporting external regulator engagements or audits.
