As part of Johnson Controls, Password Services delivers high-quality HVAC service and installation solutions across the UK. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Operations Manager to lead the overall performance of the Password Services installation business, with full accountability for delivery, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • You will take ownership of installation operations, including P&L performance, delivery, and business growth.
  • Leading a team of engineers, coordinators, and project managers, you will ensure strong performance, customer satisfaction, and high-quality delivery.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role combining operations, customer engagement, and business development, working closely with clients to drive service excellence and identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L accountability for installation operations.
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Oversee installation delivery, ensuring commercial, quality, and HSE compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Drive performance and continuous improvement.

Working Pattern

  • Based within commuting distance of Droitwich.
  • Minimum 3 days in the office.
  • Regular travel to customer sites.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential HVAC operations or senior service management experience.
