What You Will Do
We are looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of sprinkler systems including Wet, Dry, Alternate, Deluge, and Pre-Action systems across a diverse portfolio of customers, from commercial and industrial sectors to public sector and blue-chip clients. This is a UK-wide position, requiring extensive travel and regular overnight stays.

How You Will Do It
- Service and maintain fire sprinkler systems utilizing your technical expertise and industry knowledge
- Deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently solve problems, and build strong client relationships
- Work closely with the planning team to effectively manage time and prioritize jobs
- Accurately complete service reports and handover documentation
- Promote a Zero Harm culture by maintaining safe working practices
- Participate in the out-of-hours callout rota as required
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in servicing Fire Sprinkler Systems (Wet, Dry, Deluge, Alternate, Pre-Action)
- Proficiency in flow testing and flow switch testing
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay away as needed
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred:
- Formal qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- A genuine interest in engineering and professional development
