As a team member at the heart of our Manufacturing facility, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service. Join a friendly team/environment, engaging in tasks like despatch, receipts, picking, packing, sorting, and handling a variety of different products.
Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment. Collaborate effectively working with, and as part of a team. Actively support and participate in JCI programs and initiatives. Seek opportunities for improvement and drive positive change. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Report errors and non-conformities. Uphold high levels of housekeeping using the 5S methodology.
What You Will Do:
- Manage all inbound and outbound activity.
- Distribution and replenishment of goods within the warehouse.
- Book inventory into and out from stock.
- Manage receipts and putaways within the warehouse.
- Physically locate stock within the warehouse.
- Visual check of deliveries or dispatches.
- Highlight material shortages.
- Accurately enter stock into the ERP system booking in against various orders.
- Create load plans for both FCL and LCL shipments.
- Liaise with QA to follow with our internal parts inspection process.
- Adhere to FIFO processes where applicable.
- Various administration duties.
- Accurate and timely work.
- Reporting any product discrepancies will also be part of your role.
- In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.

- Computer literacy.

- Knowledge of ERP system (Navision).
