The Regional Sales Director leads the Data Centre Solutions sales strategy across EMEA, driving growth within key Data Center customer accounts (Hyperscalers and Colocation providers). Operating within a global POD structure, this role manages a team of technical sales specialists focused on delivering tailored Thermal solutions that meet complex data centre requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing customer‑based sales strategies
- Identifying new market opportunities
- Forecasting and managing sales performance
- Ensuring alignment with GSAM and Silent Aire leadership
- Overseeing team capability development
- Providing technical solution leadership
- Delivering high‑quality customer engagement across regions
The Director is accountable for secured growth, profitability, demand planning, and accurate forecasting, while maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting negotiations, and driving long‑term account expansion. Collaboration with Global Products, Operations, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Portfolio teams is essential to ensure successful solution delivery and competitive positioning.
