The Opportunity

We are expanding our Global Offshore & Marine Logistics team and are looking for a Stores Controller to join our Aberdeen branch. This role is essential in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and enabling smooth logistics for a variety of internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Warehouse operations — goods receipt, storage, kitting, returns, dispatch
  • Materials coordination — ensuring equipment and materials are available for operational and project needs
  • Cross‑team support — working closely with service, engineering, and project teams

Inventory Control & Accuracy

  • Stock management and record accuracy
  • Conduct cycle counts and stock checks
  • Report and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain full traceability of materials and movements

Stakeholder Support

  • Communicate stock availability and risks
  • Assist with external delivery requirements
  • Provide responsive support to internal teams

What You Bring

Essential

  • Experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment
  • Understanding of inventory systems and stock control
  • Basic health & safety awareness
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • IT literacy
  • Forklift Truck Licence
  • Full driving licence

Desirable

  • Background in Oil & Gas, engineering, or technical environments
  • Knowledge of regulated materials, dangerous goods, or specialist equipment
