Location: Field-Based covering Scotland, primarily Edinburgh and Glasgow.

What You’ll Do
As a Field-Based Sprinkler Service Engineer, you’ll:
Service and maintain industry-leading fire suppression systems for our valued customers.
Ensure workplaces remain safe and compliant, supporting our Zero Harm culture.
Deliver against performance KPIs, including deficiency resolution and revenue targets.
Provide expert fault-finding, problem-solving, and customer support.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
How You’ll Do It
Test and maintain sprinkler systems (wet, dry, alternate, pre-action, deluge, foam) plus hose reels, hydrants, and water supplies.
Operate and flow-test diesel and electric pumps.
Ensure compliance with LPC/FM standards through accurate electronic reporting.
Deliver a first-class customer experience with professionalism and technical excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience servicing mechanical fire suppression systems
Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated—able to work independently and in a team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Full UK driving licence
Preferred:
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF) for reporting
