We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Quotation Administrator to support our Sales and Operations teams in preparing and managing customer quotes. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to deliver accurate and timely quotations while learning the fundamentals of pricing and customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical mindset or a desire to start a career in sales support, pricing, or customer service within a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of accurate customer quotations by gathering information from clients and internal departments.
- Review customer requirements and product details to ensure accurate pricing and documentation.
- Enter and maintain customer and pricing data in internal systems.
- Collaborate with senior quoting specialists and the Sales team to ensure quotes meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Respond to basic client enquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and quotation status.
- Track and follow up on pending quotations to ensure timely responses.
- Participate in training to develop knowledge of company products, pricing models, and quoting tools.
