What you will do
We are looking for a Service Administrator for an office-based position (5 days/week) at our Aldermaston office (Reading). You will be responsible for coordinating our purchase orders received from clients, uploading them into our ERP system for the wider team to progress works. You will be responsible for invoicing our internal and external clients as required whilst completing paperwork validation and auditable checks amongst several other responsibilities.

How you will do it
-
Carry out verification checks on our field service engineer reports.
-
Raise invoices and work with our off shore Finance teams to ensure correctness and completeness.

Work on multiple customer portals.

Submit supplier remittances.

Issue customer remittances and assist Senior Management in chasing down monies for cash collection.

Admin duties as required β emails, telephones etc.

Manage the diaries including re-scheduling works to cover engineer absences or emergency works

Work with the relevant field line managers to utilize the engineers as productively as possible.
