Quality Specialist – Naval Systems (HVAC & Fire Suppression) Remote-based role with proximity to a Johnson Controls office in Basildon, Manchester, or Sunbury-on-Thames Johnson Controls is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Specialist to join our Naval Systems team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and compliance of HVAC, fire suppression, and fire detection systems across high-profile naval projects. As a Quality Specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of Quality Assurance Plans and Inspection & Test Plans, conduct supplier inspections across Europe, and ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and AQAP standards. You’ll work closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to embed quality throughout the project lifecycle, while supporting the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System and preparing for audits. This is a remote-based position, but candidates must be located within commuting distance of one of our key offices in Basildon, Manchester, or Sunbury-on-Thames.
