Are you an experienced technical specialist with a strong background in YORK Chiller Solutions ? Do you have a passion for troubleshooting, product development, and global technical support? Johnson Controls is looking for a Product Support Manager to join our team in Europe, supporting our YORK product line.
What You Will Do
Under minimal supervision, you will provide expert technical support for YORK products to our Field Sales and Service teams globally. You will work closely with internal Johnson Controls Production Systems (JCPS) engineers and organizations via phone, video conference, email, or site visits. Your role is crucial in ensuring consistency across all product offerings and assisting with department operations.

How You Will Do It
-
Provide day-to-day technical support for YORK products via phone, video, email, or on-site visits.

Develop and maintain technical service bulletins, service letters, and updates for the Solutions Database.

Offer input and feedback to enhance product service literature quality.
-
Troubleshoot refrigeration cycles applied to air-conditioning and heat pump duty on BE equipment.

Diagnose and resolve electrical component issues, including low and medium voltage VSDs in BE air-conditioning and industrial equipment.

Play a key role in the Product Development Process.

Drive product reliability improvements through the Continuous Improvement Process.

Conduct on-site audits at plants, suppliers, and customer sites as needed.

Adhere to Johnson Controls’ Code of Conduct, Business Ethics Standards, and safety protocols.
What We Look For
Required Qualifications:

Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical, or Scientific fields with at least 8 years of YORK Chiller trouble shooting experience OR a minimum of 12 years of hands-on technical experience in YORK Chiller troubleshooting.

Strong analytical skills for solving complex product system problems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and email communication.
