Johnson Controls is looking for an experienced Metasys Project / Program Manager to lead global Building Automation System (BAS) programs for Microsoft’s worldwide datacentres and campuses. In this global role, you’ll set project standards, drive consistent reporting, and support regional delivery teams to ensure high‑quality, predictable execution across a complex, multi‑region portfolio. This is a highly visible role with strong stakeholder engagement and real impact at scale.
How you will do it
- Lead and coordinate global Metasys BAS projects across multiple regions and time zones.
- Define, maintain, and govern global project standards, delivery frameworks, and documentation templates.
- Own program‑level reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and governance updates.
- Support regional teams with project execution, issue escalation, and site‑level coordination.
- Act as a key partner to Microsoft stakeholders and JCI engineering, commissioning, and delivery teams.
