As a Project Engineer – Global Accounts (EMEA), you will play a key role within our Global Field Operations team, delivering complex, integrated security solutions for Johnson Controls’ flagship global enterprise clients. Focusing on Software House C•CURE 9000 systems, you will bridge high‑level security design with on‑site and remote implementation, ensuring projects are technically robust, compliant and successfully closed out.
This is a hybrid role based from a regional EMEA hub (UK, Ireland or Netherlands), combining home or office working with up to 30% travel across EMEA.

How You Will Do It
- Review and validate detailed C•CURE 9000 system designs, including servers, network topology and schematics
- Lead internal technical audits to ensure projects meet client and JCI standards across EMEA sites
- Complete and maintain programming sheets, managing changes with designers and security administrators
- Configure and set up IP-based devices such as servers, controllers and intercoms
- Triage and resolve operational tickets relating to C•CURE systems
- Act as technical lead for multi-country deployments, coordinating with JCI country teams and subcontractors
- Perform remote and on-site commissioning, testing and final acceptance
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation for field technicians and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- C•CURE 9000 certification (minimum Level 1)
- Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale security architectures
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, SQL databases and Windows Server
- Hands-on experience with iSTAR Ultra controllers, OSDP and biometric readers
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel across EMEA
Beneficial
