We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist. You’ll play a key role in implementing and optimising campaigns across multiple channels, to drive performance and results. This is not just a campaign‑focused role; it’s a chance to shape how our brand shows up across digital channels, influence customer journeys, and directly contribute to business growth. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate high‑level strategy into actionable plans. This is a role for someone who thrives on both creativity and data, who can spot trends before they peak, and who’s ready to elevate our digital marketing from good to exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media, content, display)
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce.com
- Manage the company website, liaising with the digital marketing agency ensuring content, product portfolio, and visuals are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation across landing pages and ad creatives
- Support the Head of Marketing in strategy development, budgeting, and reporting
- Stay up to date with marketing and digital trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2C environment
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools and marketing automation platforms (preferably Eloqua)
- Creative and design skill preferable with experience of design software – (e.g InDesign/Adobe express/Canva etc)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data‑driven decision‑making
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- A proactive mindset with a passion for digital innovation
