About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Contract Manager to oversee subcontractor relationships, manage spend, and ensure smooth delivery of installation projects across the North. You’ll maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on EAS and CCTV technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Subcontractor & Installation Management
- Manage subcontractor contracts, performance, and costs
- Ensure compliance with scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Track installation progress across multiple sites
- Work closely with project teams to resolve issues promptly
- Commercial & Contractual Control
- Monitor budgets and support procurement/tendering
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks
- Technical Support
- Apply knowledge of EAS and CCTV to support delivery
- Ensure installations meet technical specifications
- Contribute to system design and integration
- Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and audits
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Promote a strong safety culture and maintain documentation
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as key contact for subcontractors, internal teams, and clients
- Prepare reports on performance, progress, and compliance
- Support client meetings and site visits
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in contract management, ideally within construction, security systems, or M&E
- Strong understanding of EAS and CCTV technologies
- Experience managing subcontractors and installation projects
- Solid health & safety knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
- Relevant qualifications (NEBOSH or similar desirable)
