Johnson Controls is looking for a Metasys Controls & Commissioning Specialist to support Microsoft’s global portfolio of data centers and campuses. In this global role, you’ll shape how controls and commissioning are delivered worldwide — setting standards, supporting regional teams, and solving complex technical challenges on high‑profile sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning global standards, collaborating across regions, and being the go‑to expert for Metasys commissioning.

How You Will Do It

  • Develop, maintain, and improve global Metasys controls standards, including SOOs/DOOs, point lists, and programming templates.
  • Create and govern commissioning documentation such as FPTs, checklists, and commissioning plans.
  • Provide global commissioning support, including advanced troubleshooting and on‑site assistance when required.
  • Review engineering and commissioning packages to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment across regions.
  • Work closely with Microsoft engineering teams, Johnson Controls delivery teams, and global stakeholders.

Required

  • Experience with Building Automation System.
  • Solid background in HVAC controls engineering, BAS programming, and commissioning.
  • Data center experience.
  • Experience developing technical standards, frameworks, or commissioning documentation.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with global, cross‑regional teams.

Preferred

  • Direct experience with Johnson Controls Metasys (SNE/SNC, NAE/NCE, SCT, CCT, ADX).
  • Metasys certifications (MSEA / MSEAS).
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Automation) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with BACnet.
