What You Will Do
Hitachi Heating and Cooling Solutions UK & IRE are driving business growth and are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. You will focus on engaging installing contractors, consultants, M&E companies, and end-user clients to promote and sell our VRF, Chiller, and Heating systems within the HVAC market.
This regional role covers the Midlands, with frequent travel to Birmingham and surrounding areas to ensure comprehensive coverage of the region.

How You Will Do It

Act as the main point of contact for customer account management

Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships

Provide design and application advice, promoting energy-efficient solutions for projects

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits

Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets

Track and forecast key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results, annual forecasts)

Proactively introduce our product portfolio, offering installation advice, features, and benefits

Deliver presentations to customers on our products, CPDs, and legislation requirements
What We Look For

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in HVAC technical roles (Hitachi or competitor knowledge is a plus)

Expertise: Design and application experience with air conditioning, chillers, heating, and control systems

Legislation Knowledge: Familiarity with current HVAC-related regulations

Presentation Skills: Confidence in delivering PowerPoint and system training to customers
