About the Role
As an Inside Sales Intern in our Fire Detection team, you will support the quotation process, customer communication, and order management. You will be a key part of our inside sales operations, working closely with the sales team to deliver fast, accurate, and professional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of customer quotations and proposals using SAP and internal tools
- Handle incoming quote requests from customers and distribute to relevant sales personnel
- Update CRM/Salesforce with quotation status, customer feedback, and opportunity progress
- Assist in follow-up communication with customers regarding quotes and open opportunities
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate and timely responses
- Maintain pricing databases and documentation for Fire Detection products
- Assist with report generation and performance tracking
