The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The HR Manager will have responsibility for providing all Human Resource solutions to their customer groups within the region and will be based in the United Kingdom reporting directly to the Vice President HR for the EMEA region. As an HR Partner, you will be supporting all employees within your business areas in the EMEA region and developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

How you will do it

  • Provide HR support to leaders and employees to drive talent, inclusion, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Streamline and align HR operations to optimize support and implement HR strategies and systems.
  • Advise managers on compensation, benefits, legal updates, and HR trends.
  • Contribute to corporate projects and process improvements.
  • Execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Partner with management and Talent Acquisition to meet workforce needs on time and budget.
  • Prepare HR reports and support business goals through talent development and retention.
  • Ensure fair application of HR policies and consistent employee treatment.
  • Guide managers on policy, legal compliance, and employee relations; lead investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Support and enhance employee recognition programs.
  • Review and approve job descriptions and role requirements.
  • Administer and improve benefits programs in collaboration with Total Rewards.
  • Explain and implement benefit plans, costs, and enrollment processes.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and legal/audit teams.

What we look for

  • Well-rounded HR experience, ideally in multinational companies.
  • Previous experience in an American industry organization environment.
  • Experienced in working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to support and manage HR needs for a workforce of 300+ employees.
  • Strong background in HR operations, business partnering, and handling employee relations.
  • Solid experience leading or contributing to D&I initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities—you’re approachable, clear, and confident when working with people at all levels.
  • Strong data acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools and experience working with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Preferred

  • Experience working closely with front office-facing teams.
  • A university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
