About the Role
Are you someone with strong commercial knowledge, excellent client‑facing and customer management skills, and proven financial acumen? We are looking for a Project Surveyor who can confidently manage commercial risk, support high‑value sustainable projects, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost and contractual elements of decarbonisation projects, ensuring financial and environmental targets are achieved
- Carry out detailed cost analysis, forecasting and budget management
- Work closely with engineers, architects, clients and contractors to support effective project delivery
- Monitor budgets, manage risks and produce regular performance and financial reports
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities that support decarbonisation objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring project expectations are met and exceeded
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
- Strong cost management and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
Desirable
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proactive and solutions‑focused mindset, passionate about improving industry standards
