Johnson Controls is seeking a dynamic Head of Service Sales to lead our global Marine & Navy service business. You’ll oversee a team of Sales Managers across EMEA, driving growth in service, parts, and maintenance for our world-class systems—including HVAC, Fire Suppression, Security, Digital Solutions, and Controls & Automation. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll shape and execute a high-impact sales strategy, foster a coaching-first culture, and deliver exceptional value through consultative selling. With inside sales support and direct ownership of key market segments, this is a role where you’ll make a measurable impact while developing and growing your team.

Location
Based ideally within EMEA, with regular client visits across Europe and beyond (20–30 travel days annually).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a regional sales team, embedding a coaching-first culture
- Drive B2B service sales across Marine applications, aligned with global growth objectives
- Expand customer share‑of‑wallet through cross‑selling and consultative solutioning
- Build long‑term partnerships with owners, operators, shipbuilders, defence contractors, and government entities
- Manage pipeline and performance through Salesforce, leveraging data to improve win rates
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align commercial and delivery strategies
- Mentor and develop talent, creating succession pathways for future leaders
- Represent Johnson Controls externally, building credibility in the Marine sector

- Proven success in complex engineering sectors, ideally maritime (naval, commercial vessels, offshore)
- Strong leadership and strategic execution skills
- Deep understanding of Marine market dynamics (new build, retrofit, service cycles)
