We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Fire & Security Design Projects Lead to support major projects across our UK and international design teams. This role plays a key part in strengthening collaboration between onshore and offshore designers, ensuring documentation compliance, and supporting the delivery of complex major bids.
What you’ll do:
- Support major bids by reviewing technical solutions, identifying gaps and risks, and ensuring proposals meet customer and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with design managers, engineers and bid teams to coordinate accurate and controlled technical information.
- Manage the flow of sensitive documentation across teams, ensuring secure handling, correct naming conventions and audit-ready standards.
- Maintain document control processes and support uploads to client platforms such as ASite and Aconex.
- Coordinate mandatory training, certification updates and competency records across the Fire & Security design team.
- Support continuous improvement across documentation, processes and team capability.

Qualifications:
- Proven Fire & Security industry experience and strong understanding of core products, systems and design principles.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, especially with documentation management and project collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Confident communicator with strong coordination skills across multiple teams.
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to hold or obtain BPSS, CTC and SC clearances.
