As a Remote Chiller Diagnostics / Refrigeration Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering advanced virtual refrigeration and chiller services across the UK. You will build strong customer relationships by deeply understanding our HVAC service model and each customer’s specific operational needs. Working closely with an international team of Solution Engineers, you will support preventive, proactive and predictive maintenance strategies while helping shape the future of digital services, including artificial intelligence and machine learning–enabled diagnostics. The role involves regular customer interaction, remote analysis and on-site engagement when required.

How You Will Do It
- Review the Connected Equipment Portal, analyse performance data and produce reports and recommendations for customers and internal teams
- Diagnose complex refrigeration and chiller systems remotely and on site
- Deliver virtual, advanced and innovative refrigeration services
- Carry out preventive, proactive and predictive maintenance activities, including detailed troubleshooting
- Provide feedback on chiller serviceability and Connected Equipment Portal functionality
- Collaborate with field service teams and support the connection and commissioning of refrigeration systems
- Develop area-specific playbooks for virtual service delivery
- Advise customers using system data and site assessments, proposing upgrades, retrofits and improvements
- Support sales teams with technical recommendations
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with local support centres when issues arise
- Plan and deliver training on virtual chiller diagnostics and digital tools
- Contribute to the OpenBlue platform roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Solid experience diagnosing, maintaining and troubleshooting refrigeration and chiller systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation and energy management systems
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues and engage confidently with customers
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital platforms and apps
- Willingness to travel within the UK
