As an Installation Engineer, you will install split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and DX systems at customer sites. You’ll maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating excellent self-management, communication, and interpersonal skills while delivering high-quality installations and guidance to meet customer needs. You will attend various client sites, supporting multiple projects, carrying out installation and commissioning of air-conditioning units and commercial refrigeration systems. Due to the nature of this role working away will be necessary.

How You Will Do It
- Work as part of the VRF Installation Team, delivering projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to company and legal requirements, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Prioritise Health & Safety compliance at all times
- Install HVAC equipment and pipework according to defined processes and timelines
- Support various projects, including working away when required
What We Look For
Essential:
- Proven experience in full HVAC installation (pipework, bracketry, cabling)
- F-GAS 2079 Cat 1 qualification
- Experience with major manufacturers (Daikin, Hitachi, Mitsubishi Electric, Airedale)
- Knowledge of DX, Split VRF/VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plant
- Experience commissioning HVAC equipment
- Ability to interpret technical documents (electrical schemes, piping diagrams)
- Full UK driving license
- IT skills (recording details in LD-Control platform via iPad)
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred but not essential:
- NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning
- CSCS Skill Card, IPAF 3A & 3B, SSSTS, PASMA
