As a pivotal member of our team, you will take the reins on designing cutting-edge building electronic systems, with a particular focus on security system design including access control (ACS), video surveillance (CCTV), intruder detection systems (IDS) and perimeter intrusion detection systems (PIDS). Your role is not just about compliance; it's about ensuring safety and efficiency in the environments we help create.
Collaborating with sales teams, you will be responsible for the quality of pre-sales designs, developing complex solutions, and troubleshooting to guarantee top-notch operation.
How you will do it
- Design and Engineering: Developing security systems including CCTV, ACS, IDS, and PIDS for projects ranging from small scale to over $5 million.
- Collaboration with Project/Sales Teams: Working closely with project and sales teams post-design to ensure smooth project management, sales, and engineering processes.
- Client and Supplier Communications: Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors through effective communication.
- Documentation: Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for documentation purposes.
- Site Surveys: Conducting site surveys to gather all necessary information for developing comprehensive security designs.

What we look for
Required
- Education or certification in Electronics engineering or similar.
- A background in Security Systems installation or commissioning, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various electronic building enterprise systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS, and PIDS).
- Security Clearance up to SC
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical diagrams.
- Proven drafting skills, and digital literacy; familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Adobe).
- Highly motivated, quick to learn.
- Driving license.
Preferred
- Experience in integrated security systems.
