Join Password Services Air Conditioning Ltd. as a Commercial HVAC & Gas Engineer! This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday) where you will work at our esteemed Blue-chip clients facilities across the central region (Birmingham to Watford).

What You Will Do

As a mobile Commercial HVAC & Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of heating and ventilation systems across commercial sites. This includes unvented and instantaneous water heaters, domestic and commercial boilers, and both direct and indirect fired hot air heaters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and maintain gas and electric water heaters.
  • Replace and commission new heating systems and components.
  • Conduct fault finding and diagnostics on HVAC and gas systems.
  • Perform Gas Safety checks on appliances and pipework installations.
  • Maintain internal and external water systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Accurately complete job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with clients and site contacts to ensure high levels of service delivery.
  • Participate in an on-call rota and respond to emergency call-outs when required.

What We Look For

Essential:

– Proven experience in fault finding and servicing HVAC and gas systems

– Experience working with a diverse range of boilers in commercial/ industrial, settings.
– Full UK Driving License
– Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1)

– Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance standards.
Preferred:
– F-Gas Category 1 certification
– J01 qualification.
