As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing a small portfolio of existing accounts while actively generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and prospecting for new leads to expand our customer base.
How you will do it
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and creative prospecting strategies.
- Sales Execution: Prepare quotes and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for customers.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
