What you will do
The Technical Support Engineer oversees providing expert technical support on the different technologies of the Company, in the field of Electronic Security: CCTV, Intrusion, EAS and Access Control, both to the end customer of Retail & Building Solutions, and to the different departments of the company.
How you will do it
· Provide technical support for the commissioning, reactive and maintenance of CCTV systems
· Assist field technicians in the installation and maintenance of CCTV technologies, according to business strategies.
· Ensure full customer satisfaction, performing an adequate support process: monitoring, documentation.
· Download and share CCTV footage for investigation purposes.
· Remote diagnostics for CCTV health checks
· Remote support to triage reactive call outs
· Remote resolution of CCTV faults
What we look for
· Technical education, for example vocational upper secondary qualification in electronics, information technology & communications, electrical engineering, or automation technology.
· Previous technical experience in EAS and RFID technology.
· Willingness to travel internationally over 30%.
· English, advance level is a must.
