As a BMS Field Delivery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients in London and surrounding areas.

How you will do it:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of BMS engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide technical support to engineers and operations team. Manage callout rota. Manage engineers software re-licensing and renewals.
  • Financial responsibility for small works and PPMs. Manage small works and attend sites to provide recommendations. Provide support to BMS Service Manager. Assist with recruitment needs/ workforce review.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services. When required, attend client meetings and maintain regular client communication. When on site: Review site fault tracker and escalate site any issues with engineers and ops team.

What we are looking for:

  • Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in BMS supervision.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong field knowledge of BMS systems (Trend, Delta, Johnsons, Tridium) and control strategies (at least 2 out of 4).
  • Panel Experience: Proficient with MCC panels and control panel wiring diagrams.
  • Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with Trend networking (LAN, Ethernet, BACnet, LonWorks).
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Trend 963 and/or IQvision software.
  • System Understanding: Knowledge of mechanical plant operation, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident in IT, with working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Adaptability: Eager to learn and support new technologies and alternative control systems.
  • Team Player: Self-starter, strong team-player, flexible, and able to work independently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written skills and ability to provide timely quotes.
