As Solutions Manager ShopperTrak Solutions, you will define and deliver the product strategy for traffic analytics and shopper insight solutions within our retail portfolio. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision and roadmap to launch and optimisation, translating customer needs, market trends, and technical capabilities into scalable, data-driven products. Working in a hybrid setup, you will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, sales, marketing and customer success to drive adoption, innovation and commercial growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Translate retail analytics trends (AI, omnichannel behaviour, sensor tech) into product opportunities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning and reviews
- Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Enable sales through training, tools, RFP support and customer presentations
Requirements:
- Strong Agile delivery experience
- Experience with data-driven products and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of computer vision, AI/ML or sensor-based technologies
- MBA or equivalent business/technical qualification
