What You Will Do

As an Install Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of installation projects by ensuring all administrative, procurement and coordination activities are completed efficiently and accurately.

Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and customers, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

You will coordinate material orders, process subcontractor documentation, monitor deliveries, and support invoicing activities while maintaining accurate project records.

This role requires a highly organised individual who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to an exceptional customer experience throughout the installation lifecycle.

  • How You Will Do It
  • Coordinate administrative activities to support the successful delivery of installation projects.
  • Process subcontractor documentation and maintain accurate project records and files.
  • Place material orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Track shipments and deliveries, proactively resolving any issues that may impact project schedules.
  • Support the invoicing process and ensure project documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain and update project information within company systems and databases.
  • Liaise with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective communication throughout project delivery.
  • Monitor project milestones and assist with scheduling activities where required.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes and administrative efficiency.
  • What We Are Looking For
  • Required
  • Associate degree (2-year degree) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a coordination, administration, project support or similar role.
  • Experience managing documentation and supporting multiple projects or activities simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred
  • Experience supporting installation, construction, engineering, service or facilities management projects.
  • Knowledge of procurement, invoicing and supply chain processes.
  • Experience using ERP, service management or project management systems.
  • Understanding of subcontractor management and project documentation requirements.
