We are looking for a Facilities Management Billing Advisor to support the timely and accurate processing of FM and UK Restricted Customer Dockets on Hold (DOH), ensuring billing accuracy, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Process DOH within agreed SLAs
  • Review Excel-based DOH reports and assess chargeability
  • Raise sales invoices and process credits and re‑invoices
  • Update the Customer Portal daily with completed dockets
  • Manage invoice queries and resolve errors
  • Support continuous improvement of DOH processes
