We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support our Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) division. You’ll play a key role in coordinating service operations, managing engineer schedules, and supporting customer delivery across maintenance, reactive, and project work.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate engineer scheduling and manage utilisation
  • Process timesheets and maintain planner systems
  • Raise jobs (maintenance, quoted, and reactive works)
  • Order parts and manage work-in-progress (WIP)
  • Communicate with customers and obtain purchase orders
  • Support invoicing, quotations, and KPI tracking
  • Maintain training records and support compliance (EHS, FGAS)
