You will provide expert service support to ensure customer systems operate efficiently and reliably, working independently and as part of a team to deliver maintenance, fault resolution and system improvements.
You will diagnose faults, configure controllers, modify software, and produce service reports while building strong customer relationships and supporting lifecycle projects.
