What you will do:
- Oversee and manage cost and contractual aspects of decarbonisation projects, ensuring financial and environmental targets are met.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and forecasting for a wide variety of projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and clients to ensure sustainable project delivery.
- Monitor budgets, manage risks, and provide regular project performance reports.
- Contribute to the development of innovative cost-saving strategies that align with decarbonisation objectives.
- Liaise with clients to ensure project goals are clearly understood and exceeded.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
