What You’ll Be Up To
- Filling 120+ roles a year across diverse functions, think Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Customer Service, and Early Careers.
- Juggling 25–40 open roles at once (don’t worry, we’ve got your back).
- Driving a 45-day time-to-hire target, because speed matters.
- Partnering with hiring managers and our TA Partner to deliver smart, strategic hiring solutions.
- Proactively sourcing talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and AI-powered tools.
- Writing job ads that get noticed.
- Pre-screening candidates and building strong relationships.
- Keeping our ATS (Workday) up to date like a pro.
- Representing us at job fairs and internal events.
- Getting involved in exciting cross-functional HR and TA projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in agency recruitment, in-house, or resourcing.
- A passion for sourcing and engaging great candidates.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
- Bonus points if you’ve recruited in engineering, technical, customer service, or early careers.
- Comfortable working in English (spoken and written).
