As a Supply Planner within our EMEA team, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability to support customer order fulfilment. You will be part of the Supply Planning function, responsible for placing purchase orders, managing stock and supporting efficient distribution across our warehouses. Working closely with Customer Service and Product Management, you will help deliver best‑in‑class customer service through accurate planning, allocation and on‑time delivery. This is an office‑based role with strong cross‑functional collaboration.

How You Will Do It

  • Plan and place purchase orders to meet customer demand
  • Use SAP and JDE ERP systems to manage supply, stock movements and allocations
  • Transfer stock to the appropriate distribution warehouses
  • Allocate products to sales orders where required
  • Maintain accurate delivery and dispatch information
  • Receive products into stock and ensure system accuracy
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Product Management to resolve supply issues
  • Support continuous improvement across supply planning processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Required Experience in supply planning and/or demand planning
  • Experience using a recognised ERP system
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Beneficial Experience with SAP and/or JDE ERP systems
  • Experience supporting customer‑facing or sales support teams
