An exciting opportunity has become available as a Salesperson within our Fire Suppression Products business.

The successful candidate will thrive in a consultative sales environment, quickly establishing a valued relationship with our customers.

The role is responsible for targeted sales revenue and margin as well as driving demand for our product portfolio in the market with key consultants and influencers.

How you will do it

This role is a combination of management of existing accounts, growth and development of new customers, and upstream demand creation.

You will be responsible for developing a pipeline of new business and be successful in negotiating and closing opportunities.

You will have a technical aptitude with an ability to understand the features and benefits of our Products as well as the customers needs and challenges.

You will produce a monthly forecast based on customer activity, project close dates and probability. You will be required to create account plans for target and key customers, understanding our customers goals and how we can support their growth.

Promoting fire suppression solutions in the market throughout the UK and Ireland, maintaining our position as market leader.

Essentially:

  • This role has a lot of autonomy and requires the successful candidate to have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and goal orientated.
  • You will possess exceptional communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience in B2B Sales and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Customer focused with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Highly influential – proven ability to impact decision making.
  • The resilience to succeed in a results driven multi-national enterprise organization.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Nationwide travel

Preferred

  • Technical knowledge of gaseous suppression systems
  • Experience with CRM tools e.g. Salesforce.
