We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Project & Implementation Specialist to join our team. This is an office‑based role in Blackburn. You will lead the delivery of customer implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customer project teams and sponsors.
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
- Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
- Follow project management methodologies, including tracking, reporting and documentation.
- Lead project kick‑off meetings and capture customer requirements and success criteria.
- Produce project documentation such as plans, meeting minutes and highlight reports.
- Monitor progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
- Provide regular status updates to the Department Manager and/or Director.
- Analyse information to understand customer needs.
- Act as the link between customers and field engineering teams.
- Support the adoption and expansion of FM:Systems software.
- Deliver customer training on system configuration and maintenance.
- Create professional floor plan images using AutoCAD (training provided).
