What you will do
Join our team to coordinate support services for Members of Parliament (MPs), Members Security Support Services (MSSS), You\’ll ensure exceptional customer service and uphold KPIs and SLAs while overseeing the complete sales process, from approvals to supplier interactions.

How you will do it

Maintain close relationship with MPs, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.

Direct coordination of programs and achievement of KPIs.

Plan and schedule service delivery and installations.

Coordinate documentation and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Manage workloads and escalate issues as needed.
