The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, our inside sales team supplies quotes to our customers and processes all orders through to our planning team to ensure timely bookings with our clients.
How you will do it:
- Request quotes and prices from suppliers.
- Produce accurate quotes for our customers.
- Follow up on quote backlog with customers to ensure delivery of revenue and margin targets.
- Accurately forecast 3-month revenue and margin performance to the Operational Excellence Manager.
- Raise orders to our suppliers.
- Dispatch orders, produce delivery notes, and relevant certifications upon request.
- Liaise with suppliers for delivery dates.
- Provide customer service including updates to customers.
- See orders through to the invoicing stage.
- Perform ad hoc admin tasks including managing the pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
What we look for:
- Proficient in computer usage - including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internal systems (training provided).
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a customer-first experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a team while managing individual workload.
- Able to work to targets and meet KPIs set by the management.
- Product knowledge in the fire suppression/detection business is an advantage.
